Photographic sessions

• Children and Families - Joy loves to work with families - and children especially. She works with you to create the most memorable photos of your family.

  Children at play – Your children are spontaneous indoors or outside - but in natural light. A great way to further enhance the session is to include one of their favorite things.
  
  Families – Joy captures the spirit of your family - your special connections, your life and how you share it.

  Furry Children (sometimes called Pets) – They can head to the park, or show off their wonderful spirits in your own backyard
  

  Musicians - Whether you are playing or just being, Joy hears your music with her camera.
  

How Does a Session Work?
Joy wants to capture moments you will treasure. Initially you will exchange emails or phone calls to determine the best day and time of day we would meet. She’ll give you guidance about what to wear, and how to create a subtle theme with wardrobe.

On the day of your session, Joy arrives with plenty of time to get everyone comfortable with the camera. Be prepared to have fun!

Following the session it takes about 5 days to prepare the photos. Joy will initially download, and crop, digitally enhance, and color correct each photo all prior to the meeting.

Now you get together with Joy and review the photos so you can make your selections.

Session Fee: $75.00
Joy is located near Manhattan Beach. For sessions further than 10 miles, she usually needs to add in a minimal travel charge.

Printed Photos
There are a wide variety of sizes and print types to choose from. Joy prints from wallet size all the way to 13x19. She can also print on canvas.

Disc Purchase: $50.00
Unlike other photographers, Joy encourages you to purchase your session disc. For only $50 you can own the entire disc. That way you are able to make unlimited copies for your own use.
